Moon Shot

Moon Shot

Texas

I captured this amazing image of the moon during its second total eclipse of 2004.

I had hoped to capture the entire event, but thanks to cloud cover, I missed most of it, including the total phase. I was lucky enough, however, to get this shot of it emerging back into the light, its red hue swallowed by the comparitively blinding penumbra of the Earth.
