One of my favorite items in the collection is this unopened can of mystery rations dating back to the Second World War. Orville insists, "That has a cookie and some other stuff in it."
The aluminum-wrapped bars on top are military food packets intended for life rafts. From what I can read in the photograph, they're "vitamin fortified fruit" something.
